I'm not your everyday lactation consultant.
And this isn't your everyday mom group.
I'm Stephanie, NICU-certified occupational therapist, lactation consultant, and mama. I started Lattes & Littles because I believe that community is clinical. When mamas feel less alone, babies do better. When you have people around you who understand what you're navigating, everything changes.
This gathering exists because you deserve more than a quick appointment and a handout. You deserve a village.

Lattes & Littles is casual, warm, and low-key. Bring your baby, bring your questions, bring your messy hair, and a baby carrier. Here's what you'll find when you walk in.
A welcoming space for you and your baby or toddler — wiggly, noisy, and completely normal
Open conversation and peer connection with Houston-area moms and dads who are in the same season of life
Occasional themed topics: feeding, sleep, development, sensory play, postpartum wellness, and more
Casual access to Stephanie's clinical expertise as a NICU OT and IBCLC over coffee, not in a clinical setting
A community that continues beyond the gathering through our WhatsApp group and monthly email updates

Introducing Dad Chats
Dads deserve community too. Dad Chats is the companion program to Lattes & Littles — a free, laid-back monthly gathering for dads navigating the early seasons of fatherhood.
Real talk. No pressure. Just dads being honest about the hard stuff — led by Stephanie’s husband Alonso, a dad who gets it and lived it.
Every last Saturday of the month at Slowpokes at Levy Park.
Moms and babies are invited to join Stephanie and her son at the park for a play date while dads meet up at Slowpokes with Alonso to chat.
